Mark J. Hennelly, Audit Director

Mr. Hennelly has been in public accounting for twenty years and a director with PKF for the past ten years. Mr. Hennelly is responsible for administration and fieldwork of audits and consulting services to the hospitality, construction and entertainment industries. Assurance expertise includes financial statement preparation in accordance with SEC and federal and state regulatory requirements. As the firm’s entertainment director, Mr. Hennelly provides royalty and forensic accounting services for entertainment industry clients. Mr. Hennelly is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, California Society of Certified Public Accountants and International Association of Hospitality Accountants. Georgette M. Green, Tax Director

Ms. Green has a Masters Degree in Business Taxation from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University. Prior to a career in public accounting, Ms. Green began in private industry with a Property Management firm in Beverly Hills. She has been in public accounting for eight years with experience in both audits and taxation. Prior to joining PKF as the Tax Director, Ms. Green was with a Big 4 CPA firm. Ms. Green's past projects included individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns, included consolidated and multistate tax returns. Contact Georgette at ggreen@pkfla.com

Rex H. Poulsen, Audit Director

Mr. Poulsen has been in public accounting for over twenty five years and a director with PKF for the past ten years. Mr. Pouslen is responsible for administration and fieldwork of audits and consulting services to the manufacturing, hospitality and real estate industries. He has provided expert testimony in the areas of business valuations, lost profits and contract interference and other forensic accounting matters.  His assurance expertise includes financial statement preparation in accordance with SEC and federal and state regulatory requirements.  He has provided consultation and attest services for numerous initial and secondary public stock and debt offerings. Mr. Poulsen is a graduate of Weber State University.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, California Society of Certified Public Accountants, and is a licenses certified public accountant in California and Utah.
